TAKING THE CONCEPTS OF ETHNOPEDAGOGY AND MANKURTIZATION FROM THE EYE OF CHINGIZ AITMATOV
Abstract The establishment of the education system of a society is related to its education philosophy but the execution of it is related to if its education policy performs activities in the direction of achieving these goals. In order to determine and maintain education policies, it is necessary to establish a balance between the adjustment to the society's cultural values and the necessities of the time. When doing this, benefiting from the opinions of philosophers, scholars and artists having opinions on education increases outputs in works and success in education. This study started from the exploitation of human mind, which Aitmatov had made it one of the subjects of education science. Starting from the reason why Aytmatov had shown interest in this problem, the situation of mankurtization, which he had reached, was analyzed. The study aimed to examine Aitmatov's eco-ethnopedagogical character, which he had put forward as a contribution to education sciences. In countries where education policies change frequently, since the corruption of the national quality of education leads to mankurtization, the practitioners of education policy should protect the nationality of education carefully. The most important result of the study is the necessity that stakeholders in the education process should take into consideration the empirical knowledge coming from the tradition and the ethnopedagogy, the store of social-cultural values.
