Abstract


AN APPLİCATİON ON THE EFFECT OF THE PERCEİVED INSTİTUTİONAL REPUTATİON ON THE ORGANİZATİONAL COMMİTMENT OF EMPLOYEES
Globalization, evolving technology, diversification of communication channels and, depending on them, the increase in awareness of business stakeholders has led to differences in expectations. Employees do not just wait for their pay in time, they expect to create a value for themselves. In other words, it is not possible to have a strong reputation for institutions without gaining the support of employees. For this reason, institutions that want to have a strong corporate reputation should first be aware of this fact. In this study, it is examined how the perception of corporate reputation affects the commitment of the individual to the institution he works with. For this purpose, the aim of this study was to evaluate the organizational commitment of 217 health workers in a public hospital. In the analyzes performed on the obtained data, it was determined that the corporate reputation perceived by the employees had a positive effect on the emotional organizational commitment and that the emotional organizational commitment had an intermediary role in relation to perceived organizational reputation and organizational identification.
