Abstract


EFFECTS OF PERCEIVED SERVICE QUALITY, RELIGIOUS SENSIVITYAND FAMILIARITY ON PERCEIVED TRANSPARENCY AND RELIABILITY IN BANKING ACTIVITIES
The number of banks, which have an important place in the service sector, is increasing day by day. With this increase, the competition between the banks has reached important dimensions. Banks, which are intermediaries of the finance sector, which has an undeniable prescription in the world economy, is in fact a bridge between consumers and businesses. In the globalizing world, the technological infrastructure which has been advancing day by day has left different business strategies in the banking sector to keep pace with consumer behaviour. In contrast to the ongoing technological infrastructure, consumers have different reactions and behaviours. The purpose of this study is; Analysing and evaluating the differences in terms of the marketing activities between the participation banks and the deposit banks in consumer preferences of the banks. In the study, data were collected from the quantitative research techniques through questionnaires and analysed in the SPSS program. This study, which tries to reveal the differences of deposit and participation bank customers, has been applied to the administrative and academic employees of Ağrı İbrahim Çeçen University.
